This policy applies to online purchases of tea, tea accessories, and other merchandise (collectively, “Products”) from our website.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
- Unprocessed Orders: If you need to cancel an order before it has been processed and shipped, please contact us as soon as possible by phone at (718) 316-0592 or by email at info@leggbuddy.com. We will be happy to cancel your order and provide a full refund.
- Processed Orders: Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it. However, you may still return the Products in accordance with our return policy below.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unopened, undamaged Products for a full refund.
- Return Conditions: Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Products that are opened, damaged, or used cannot be returned.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
REFUNDS:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your returned Products.
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES:
